App privacy

Purchases and subscriptions

2. Website hosting and access data
Like the rest of mamumade, this website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Technical connection data such as IP address, request time, URL, browser details, HTTP status and transfer size is processed to deliver and secure the site. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.
According to STRATO, IP addresses used to detect and prevent attacks are retained for no more than seven days. Access logs provided to us contain IP addresses or hostnames anonymised by STRATO. We do not create personal usage profiles. Further details about our existing hosting and data processing arrangements are in the mamumade privacy policy.
3. Email enquiries
When you write to pastelplan@mamumade.com, we process your email address, message and any information you voluntarily supply to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) for other enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in responding. Technical email providers may have access as part of their duties. Messages are deleted once no longer needed, subject to statutory retention requirements. Please do not send confidential calendar contents or other people’s data. This website has no PastelPlan contact form.
4. Language preference and interactive demo
Your preferred browser language is read locally. A manually chosen language is stored as “mamu-language” in Local Storage until you delete the website data. This preference is shared across mamumade pages and serves only your chosen language (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The interactive day planner uses sample data only. Changes remain in browser-tab memory, are not transmitted to us and are not stored permanently. The PastelPlan website itself sets no cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own webspace. There are no analytics, tracking or marketing services. External links are contacted only when you open them.
5. App permissions and deletion
You can manage and revoke Calendar, Reminders, location and notification permissions in system settings. You can delete your own data in the app. Apple Calendar events and Apple Reminders remain when you remove PastelPlan; data stored only in PastelPlan is lost when you delete the app unless it exists on another device through iCloud. Apple, calendar providers and email providers also process data under their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation (Article 21), and withdraw consent prospectively. Contact pastelplan@mamumade.com. We cannot access your private calendar or iCloud data; the options available depend on the processing concerned.
You may complain to a data protection authority (Article 77 GDPR), in particular the authority for North Rhine-Westphalia: ldi.nrw.de. We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
