Do I need an account?
No. PastelPlan works with Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders on your device.
Do Google and Outlook calendars work?
Yes, when the account is added under Internet Accounts in system settings, including editing and invitations.
What happens if I delete PastelPlan?
Events and reminders stay in Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders. Data stored only in PastelPlan — its own tasks, calendars and time blocks — is lost unless synced to another device through iCloud.
What is timeboxing?
Each task gets a fixed place in your day, with a start and end. You can see whether your work fits the time you have.
What does PastelPlan cost?
The core app is free. Pro costs €1.99 per month or €16.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial.
Does one subscription cover Mac and iPhone?
Yes, and up to six people through Family Sharing.
What happens when I cancel Pro?
Everything you created stays visible. Pro features such as automatic scheduling, widgets and sync are no longer available.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions, or in PastelPlan: Settings → Pro → Manage Subscription.
Which devices are supported?
Mac with macOS 26 and iPhone with iOS 26.
Can you see my data?
No. We have no servers; your data stays with Apple and in your own iCloud.
